WHFA Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide the best care and service to all companion animals.

We strictly adhere to the tenets of the Golden Rule for the care and treatment of all patients entering our office doors. We will endeavor to make all animals look better and feel better when leaving.

Our professional staff is encouraged to expand their knowledge by attending seminars, the use of books and periodicals. Every effort will be made to provide equipment and staff members to empower the professional to give maximum effort for the care and treatment of our patients. The professional staff is encouraged to participate in the community and save enough energy for family well being.

Our support staff will have dedicated training provided by the professionals and will be encouraged to provide the best supportive care of all animals visiting with us. Animal hygiene and well being are top priority.

The front office staff will be given the best equipment and enjoy the ultimate professional support. They will endeavor to be sympathetic and present a concerned effort for the well being of all who contact our office. They will be given the support needed by the professional to assure a satisfactory conclusion.

The hospital will be governed by the ethical guidelines of the A.V.M.A. and A.A.H.A. Every effort will be made to inform clients of any ethical reservations we may have regarding elective procedures or euthanasia. We will make every effort to arrive at a successful conclusion regardless of financial constraints of the client.

Finally we will endeavor to better our care of each animal that visits our practice each day.
