Policies

Our policies help provide you and your pet a smooth, pleasant experience.

• Your pets are seen by appointment.
• Drop-off  by 8:30 AM for all surgeries, dentistries and baths.
• Pick-up times for hospital boarding is determined by doctor.
• Charges and payment expected at time of discharge.
• Payment methods accepted:
  • cash
  • checks
  • credit cards: Master Card and VISA
• Visitation for a hospitalized patient is co-ordinated with the doctor. Read our visitation policy.
• Tours for visitors are arranged through the receptionists.
• All animals boarding are required to leave an emergency contact number.
• For boarding, doctors should be informed of any/all special health issues or dietary requirements.

Clients are encouraged to print and bring the appropriate forms to their appointment.
